Delivery Cost

Delivery Cost depends on the product, its size and the chosen delivery address. It may range from a few EUR for a phone case to Germany to a two digit amount for delivery of a canvas or framed poster to Switzerland.

The exact delivery cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Until further notice, our products cannot be delivered to other countries.

Delivery Time

All the products are printed "on demand" once you place your order. Therefore, please allow some time for your order to reach you. Delivery time depends on the product, where it is printed and the destination address. It may range from a few days up to several weeks.

Estimated Delivery Time:

7 - 14 business days

The Estimated Delivery Time includes production and shipment of your ordered product. It is calculated according to historical data provided by the our Print & Packaging Providers. It is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

You can receive the order past the estimated delivery time for reasons, like:

​

  • Issues with print files

  • Products being out of stock

  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

​

That being said, our Print & Packaging Providers work their hardest to ensure short delivery times. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past the Estimated Delivery Time, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (info@droneflyer.ch), we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

Important information: Deliveries to the United Kingdom may face delays due to Brexit.

Customs / Taxes

If your order's shipped from a facility that's in a different region than your delivery destination, you might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. This may be the case especially for orders to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway since our Print & Packaging Providers are mostly located in the EU and shipping your order from there. The customs fees may vary depending on the order value, VAT value, country limits or other.

*In the case of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, it depends on the value of your order whether you will have to pay additional custom fees and taxes. If your order remains below a certain threshold, you will be exempt from paying such additional custom fees and taxes. This threshold is currently set to CHF 65 for the total value of your order (all items and shipping cost together).
